The sauna is well-made and (in the end) performs as expected, but it required some time to get it up and running. Before the sauna could be turned on, I had to repair two power supply and two pieces of the wiring harness (with the help of Golden Designs customer service). If you aren't comfortable working with basic electrical connections and small assembly challenges, you should probably look for another job. I didn't expect the problems I had because the goods arrived in good shape, well-packed in three boxes on a pallet.
