Orders usually have shipped from the warehouse after 48-72 hours
You should you receive your items with in 7-10 days
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order number and a tracking number after your item has been shipped.
Items do do take a couple of business days to ship and some exceptions maybe apply due to the pandemic.

To be eligible for a return, your product must fall under these guidelines:
• In the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Non-working state.
• Product never arrived to customer
Customer must notify within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To complete your return, contact our Customer Support Staff at

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been accepted. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 15-20% restocking fee.
If accepted, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
